Feel free to call during our “Ask The Experts Hour” (516) 293-0565, and ask to be connected to our “Expert” of the Day” Mondays and Wednesday’s between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm. During this dedicated time you will be connected to one of our Senior Physical Therapists. Don’t hesitate to call in… they will be standing by to assist you ! Don’t have a question? Tell your family and friends…we are eager to assist you and yours!!! Post Discharge Fitness Program  We offer an Affordable "Post Discharge Fitness Program”. Maintain your Post-therapy fitness level!
